This is ideal if you want your face to be seen, don't need all the filtration of a cloth mask or if you will be breathing heavily. Great for outdoor activities and things where my sheet mask usually gets wet or makes it difficult to breathe (as an asthmatic I usually only take the mask off for outdoor exercise but I can easily keep it on). ). I believe it will also help if I am fully vaccinated but still want to wear a mask to increase the comfort of those around me. At the moment I like to wear it with a sheet mask that's pressed to my chin so you can still see my face, but I still filter the fabric. I imagine it would also be great for those working with the deaf community.
