It was packaged in a small plastic wrapper with one or two tiny scratches. But as soon as I filled it with rose water, the scratches were no longer visible. It's a durable plastic, almost like glass. And by that I mean it's not pliable and not the type that will "melt" cancer in the liquid it contains (like a water bottle). I keep it in a cool place (bathroom closet) and it works like a charm. I had no issues with the nozzle and the mist it puts out is the perfect amount. The bottle is neither small nor big, definitely recommend buying it for rose water or any other type of liquid.
