Read this to see if it's the right lever and more

This THU068#cp is a polished chrome Drake replacement lever for the ST743S Toto toilet cistern. (You can find this number inside the toilet tank, usually at the top, printed in black ink. This is for an ADA compliant Drake CST74SLR toilet, 1.6 GPF (gallons per flush) (I went to the Toto website and tried to guess which toilet suits me, all i knew was it was a toto toilet.-295-8134According to online reviews of this toto lever, the nut and bolt are made of plastic and tend to break or wear out every 5-7 years I don't know when I had agreed to have a plumber install this type of toilet in my house and toto tech support denied that this was the case.On the lever the end of the screw was broken off which I didn't notice right away because it was still in the nut. I had been trying to screw it in all along. My lever had a zinc lever. The lever now has a brass colored metal lever. When I tried to insert the lever I found that the lever lifted too n was high and too far from the center of the tank and interfered with the flotation device of that tank. I had to bend my arm a little. (So put it in, see where you got it, but don't catch it yet, otherwise you'll have to pull it out to bend it a bit, so as not to click the lever screw. When you tighten the screw, you should make sure that something else There is play and the handle is not too tight. It should lower when you squeeze it and rise on its own as the float device rises. When replacing any toilet handle, it is important to know if they are on the side or the front, right or are on the left (consider which hand you use to flush the toilet when you look at the toilet handle) U TUBE has a lot of good videos on how to do it, if I can switch the lever so can you.
