Want it fixed right, do it yourself. Very inexpensive also and easy to use.
My wife kept breaking her necklaces due to children pulling on them, had them supposedly fixed a few times professionally but kept breaking at the same spots so I decided to fix them myself and they are staying in place now. I wish that I had ordered this sooner. A+++++++++++
