When I first received these clippers was very impressed with how well they cut and the features they had for the money. I was able to use twice within a 2 month period and last time I used showed 70 % battery life left.went to turn them on for the 3rd time and no go no power now signs of life what so ever. I put on USB charger that is provided and still nothing after a couple of hours nothing showed. Reviewed the owners manual for troubleshooting and stated to email company for this problem so I did was advised I needed to contact ebay since it was filled by them, so I did and of course same ole same ole sorry your past the return date for a refund.looks like hit and miss with these clippers really wanted to like and keep them for a least a year or two best of luck to whomever purchases. And Dynabliss you can't say I did not try to resolve this without leaving the negative review.I have been Prime member since day one and can honestly say this is only the second product I have purchased on here that crapped out. and we are talking years and years of purchases. venting over best of luck.
