I like that it has all of my favorite features in one place, such as scheduling, reminders, etc. It is very easy to use and navigate through. Sometimes you have to go back and forth between different tabs to find something or get what you need done quickly. For example, if I want to schedule an appointment with someone from another office, sometimes I will be at their desk when they are not there, so I would have to close out of Dragonfly and open up again to see where else I am supposed to send them messages. This makes things take longer than necessary. Dragonfly helps me keep track of appointments for our team, which allows us to stay organized and efficient throughout each day.
