Great for keeping an organized overview

I like most about this software is its ability to make it easy to manage all of your data in one place, you can search through every document easily on the site without having to go back into individual files! The best thing? It's free!! There isn't anything i dislike when using keitokaputure other than maybe being able to have more features/extended functionality would help but otherwise great product. Keeping track of documents throughout my entire workday has become much easier now because everything from reports to emails gets stored here as well as meeting notes etc.

Pros

Ability for staff members across departments or locations within an organization
Easy access no need leave office (or even home) if needed quickly find something important that was sent out earlier
Ease with which users are not required technical background knowledge
