Update: None of the included anchors held up. I tried several different ones myself and the weight of the clothes was too much. Even shorter. I ended up finding some 80 pound anchors and glued them on with heavy duty construction glue and they seem to be holding. My wall could be to blame for all of this as I'm not sure what it's made of. Some plaster. I also forgot to mention that ros is pretty hard to put together on its own. If you screw all the connections tight they won't fit if that makes sense. So some connections will loosen, but once they're bolted to the wall, it doesn't matter. Make sure you have two screw holes on the top when hanging to support the weight. Connections ie flanges, elbows and the like appear to be fairly real or good imitations but the bars/bars themselves are definitely not. They're metal I think, but they're painted metal and appear to be plastic. Needless to say I really like her. They work fine. I live in an outbuilding with no closet and little space for it. The free standing one I had was broken and was too small anyway. I tried another one, a bit bigger but it was difficult to put together and it ended up breaking and missing parts and such so I sent it back. I chose this set because I don't have many long pieces of clothing and I was able to make one smaller. I could connect the bar I took out to the other one, but I didn't have the space. I also bought some "industrial hooks" for hats and a shoe rack so I didn't have to worry about finding a free standing hook that would suit my needs and that can hang both long and short clothes, shoe storage, etc my limited space. I created what I did. In general I am very satisfied, although it is not industrial pipes.
