This review is for Downright Cascada Peak Luxury White Down Pillow - 600 Fill Power - 100% Cotton 300 Thread Count - 100% Hypoallergenic, 16 oz Medium, Standard 20" x 26. I sleep on my side most of the time, but I also sleep on my back. This medium-filled pillow is just right for me. Pillows are very personal items and it takes time to adjust to changes in your pillow. The filling on this pillow is like that "that it doesn't unnaturally raise your neck and doesn't cause tension in the neck area. I am currently wearing a duvet and this pillow is the perfect complement. Love that it is handmade by a family business. The suppliers are RDS compliant so you can rest easy no need to worry about farm bred geese, down contains no chemical and harmful substances hen substances. This is an expensive pillow and an investment in your health. Good sleep is an essential part of good health. Overall I would recommend it.
