Perricone MD is one of those brands that I know the name of and have seen but never tried. I'm glad I tried this intense moisturizer! Yes, it's expensive, but it's wonderful! I save this stuff for the winter months because it's deeply moisturizing without feeling sticky, sticky, or greasy. My skin just absorbed it and feels hydrated. There is no smell, which is always good. I look forward to my nightly routine because I just love putting this stuff on and letting it sink in while I sleep. When I wake up in the morning I still feel some moisture on my skin. Most people who have tried this cream seem to like it, but it is more expensive than most creams. It's not even a luxury face cream (La Mer, La Prairie), but it works just as well. I tried these brands but it wasn't something that hit me or made me want to buy again. If you are looking for a more expensive face cream but don't want to spend TOO much I recommend Perricone MD products or this particular product. If you compare this to La Mer's prices, it's the same amount (2 ounces) but about half as much. Yes there will always be a cheaper face cream out there but if you have a little cash to spend I highly recommend you try it, you might just fall in love with it!
