The customer support has been great; I have not encountered any issues with scheduling content within my organization's time zone (UTC).
It would be nice if there was more flexibility for training outside our normal work day - but that isn't an issue here! We are currently using it mainly because we need better visibility than what can achieved via email or Slack alone -- this allows us access anytime from anywhere without having someone physically at home available 24/7 when things go awry during after hours emergencies etc..
