Fun, responsive and great variety of songs and games

I bought this mat so my adult daughter and I could get some exercise. When she was younger we both loved to play Dance Dance Revolution. I liked the idea that we could dance together instead of individually. The mat also has a single player option. It also has a standard variant with four arrows (right, left, up and down) and a more complex variant with six arrows. We were impressed with the responsiveness of the carpet. My daughter even thought it was better than her original DDR. I was surprised by the variety and sheer number of songs that came preloaded on the mat. There are 27 in MTV mode, including Timber and Hey Mama (Niki Minaj's version). There are 26 new ones in Cartoon mode (and Timber replays). Among them are I Can't Feel My Face and The Shape of You. Both modes have K-pop hits but not more than 30%. Most people recognize most songs, even K-pop. There are also 56 video games, mostly from the 1980s, that can be played for younger children. The disco ball mount is also a camera used for some games but not for dancing. The carpet was incredibly easy and quick to install. It was fun to play and there were many options for songs and games. All in all, this was a great purchase. I highly recommend it!
