Nestl Bedding's heat- and moisture-reducing ice silk gel memory foam pillow has both advantages and disadvantages. Bought a body pillow. The material is soft and the pillow is comfortable. The pillowcase itself is of good quality. It supports and adapts to individual cushioning needs. It is possible to remove the cover for washing. flash is good. The "Gel Memory Foam" feels soft and is of normal quality compared to other foam pillows I have. As for the specific description of the pillow, there are things that are definitely not true. If I'm touted as the "coolest pillow," I'd personally say NO. This pillow has no cooling effect. Descriptively, memory foam controls temperature, it doesn't. It does not regulate the temperature of the head and does not regulate the temperature during the night. It's definitely not for heavy sleepers, as advertised. There was nothing in this pillow that had anything to do with the temperature control period. This is a pillow with a soft cover filled with comfortable foam. That's all. The cover of the pillow is described on one side as a silky, icy blue fabric that is "cool to the touch". no The other side is smooth bamboo viscose, "gentle on the skin". Yes. I also don't understand where "memory" comes into play with a pillow anywhere. The description of this pillow and the pillow I received do not match. This is a misleading advertisement for a price that doesn't match the quality. There is a 100% money back guarantee which is nice but this pillow was boxed up upon receipt and placed in a little box which is perfect for it. When the pillow was opened, I had a very large pillow. If I wanted to send it back to Amazon I wouldn't have a bag or box to send it back in. The thought crossed my mind, but I weighed all the effort to get it back for my dollars against the hassle and decided to keep it. ••Besides everything I've shared, the pillow wasn't firm enough for me personally. The benefit of adding extra foam is great, but there was no link in the pillow description for which foam I should have bought. I looked under Nestle itself, but there was no foam. Considering all of these factors, I decided to contact them as I specifically read that their number one goal is to provide "unparalleled customer service". In addition, they state that they are "happy when customers are happy" and that "you can shop with confidence because no matter what we deliver to you". This is not what I experienced which was a real let down as the pillow itself was let down. I inquired about the foaming problem and dissatisfaction with the pillow. In the reply was a link to Amazon for foam. My other concerns I was told to contact Amazon as they complied. The pillow came with no customer service, which was the case of a dissatisfied customer. I wanted my experience to be known. I cannot recommend this pillow. I would do something different. My 2 star rating reflects the positives I felt for the pillow provided.
