Review on Digital Guru by Dave Hersma

I like that it helps me to understand my customers needs, so i can put together great solutions for them. It's easy enough to use as well, which is important when you are dealing with your clients' data! You need to know what questions to ask in order to get the most out of this tool. The interface could be improved - there should be more options available for each section (i.e., contact info). It would also help if we were able to integrate with our CRM or Salesforce system, but that isn't likely to happen anytime soon. We're solving problems by using this software.
