The silver lining didn't fit where it was supposed to. But since it's so much cheaper than buying the entire clutch/shifter assembly from GM, I made it work. I threw away the fairing and ended up just gluing the trunk to the larger fairing. The boot fabric wore slightly but lasted for several months.
