Poor packaging for a fragile item
The bone china serving tray is very pretty. However, it was placed in a large box with heavy items and a breakable tray at the bottom of the box. There was no extra padding to cushion the tray and I was shocked it didn't tear in transit. Not sure who is responsible for this, but care should be taken when packaging expensive china in the future.
