These shoes are cut to fit baby's wider foot. Judging by the reviews, I thought that ordering the "narrow" size would fit my daughter, who has a medium foot, but it turned out to be too wide and sloppy for her. It's usually 11.5m. The material was a bit thinner than the faux patent leather shoes I buy elsewhere, so I think they will definitely wear out when your LO is active (I could see there being a big Crease forms where toes bend with a natural step). Thought we'd give them a try for the price but they just aren't for us.
