I didn't pay much for this as I wanted to use it for sunbathing in my own backyard. The sizing was accurate so it fit perfectly. I was hoping it would have some sort of elastic band, but it was just elastic material. My biggest complaint was that the edge of the "cheek" folds up on one side exposing the lining on the outside. It would be a deal breaker if I wore it in public. Like I said it was cheap so I got what I paid for. I'm not going to scold him for that, but I gave him 3 stars for the design question.
