Firstly after reading many reviews about hardware not attaching or issues with regular use of external pockets; I realized the straps are for attaching and the latches make boarding easier. I love that the wallet has reinforced stitching and internal divisions, as well as a frayed look. Lightning glides easily. But I think my favorite part is the reinforcement of the material on the inside of the strap that rests on your shoulder. Can't tell you how many bags were worn on the belt before the bag got old. Real leather or not; I'm not sure. But it definitely looks like real leather and that's enough for me. If anything changes I will update this review.
