Yes, it's a keeper for me!

love that it feels completely dry after a few seconds but my lips feel extremely smooth and soft and the tingling after application is very subtle (at least for me). I didn't notice a huge difference in my lips getting bigger but I still have nice plump lips lol so I didn't really care. The fact that it smoothes and moisturizes the skin on my lips is quite impressive to me. I use it alone or underneath what I put on my lips throughout the day and it makes every other product go further and stay on my lips better and longer.
