I recently lost my black cat and it was a burly boy who loved to sleep and cuddle. So I searched the internet for something that would remind me of him and finally found this. Nothing else seemed right because the face wasn't his - the eyes were wrong, the shape of the chin and ears etc, it wasn't him. But this faceless cat is just beautiful. Out of the corner of my eye, my cat still seems to be with me. And it's strong enough to hug and half remind you of your cat. It has helped me a lot with my grief and I recommend it to anyone who has lost a black cat. Despite the sadness, it is still a very cute plush toy. Of course the quality isn't super, super excellent, but I wouldn't call it cheap. If I ever lose mine this is definitely a product I will buy again.
