love this bag! I've been using this bag for over a month and I'm still getting compliments on it. The bag is well made, the handles are round and comfortable for your hand, and the shoulder strap is also of good quality and thick width, which can be securely attached to the bag. The kiss lock opens so I can see everything inside and get to what I need quickly. The frame of the kiss lock is heavy duty and, like the outer zipper on the back, allows you to hold keys or a cell phone. It's not small and it's not big - it's perfect for whatever you wear. I would highly recommend this bag and am considering ordering again to keep as a spare.
