Are they included at all? ideal for high beam, fog and headlights
The flashlight on my phone is brighter now. I actually turned them on after I plugged them in and my friend told me they weren't even on until he sat down and looked directly at them. Yes I checked the wiring to make sure they are getting full power. Totally useless and a huge waste of money as I bought a set of spotlights and floodlights.
