Review on O2COOL Necklace Fan Orange by Yuri Rochelin

So well working fans. I love cool orange. I work with Energizer batteries. I've been using these fans since they first came out and they continue to do so. I got mine to the point where I had to take it apart to clean the dirty fan impeller. I only had one, but it was used every day in the summer for 3 years. I wore it! I never wear mine, I hold it in my hand when I'm watching TV. I leave the air conditioner on to save on electricity and wear and tear on the old unit. I've had other fans and these are the best. Not too strong or weak. The low noise level allows you to use it during TV shows without drowning out the sound, especially since they now put better motors in later ones.
