I have had this product for five months now. I bought them to wear to work but found I couldn't because the huge earbud meant I couldn't hear anyone when I pressed pause. Regardless, they seemed to lose their charge after just 15 minutes. I have read very specific charging instructions, have done so and they have never charged me. Having stuck with them long before actually testing them, it's too late to go back now. A real shame but I think you get what you pay for. I think I'll stick with the regular old wired and reliable ones I've always used. Update: On a whim I decided to write to the company about headphones not charging to see if they could be fixed quickly. Heck, not only did they reply right away, they sent me a new set! So sweet of them - I really never expected that. Hopefully the new pair works, and maybe it was just a coincidence. I will keep you up-to-date.
