Review on iDeals Virtual Data Room by Joe Campbell

I like the intuitive interface and the ability to share documents and presentations. I have not seen any other product that offers a comparable feature set. I have used iDeals for over a year now and have had no issues with the product. I have used iDeals for a variety of projects including due diligence, M&A, and other corporate transactions. I have also used it for internal use to facilitate board presentations and other internal meetings. I have recommended iDeals to several colleagues and they have also had a good experience with the product. I have not used any other virtual data room product. I have been able to use iDeals for several different types of transactions.
