Not suitable for free sitting
If you only like to sit regularly, this stool is perfect for you. If you're into extreme or freestyle seating, there are probably a few better options out there. Don't get me wrong, you can do 360-degree spins with your legs and arms in and out, but that's about it. You won't explode on this stool. Helpful Hint: There is a black plastic cap on top of the piston that raises the seat. Remove it first, otherwise it won't work.
