FIX. After reporting this to the seller and working with them, it looks like this product can work with the factory PET protective layer removed. This is not mentioned on the product page or in the instructions. Removing the PET layer itself may scratch the screen itself. I don't wanna try I stand by my 3 star rating for incomplete instructions and a product not designed to work without modifying the product from the factory condition. I have bought this brand for all our family phones and we have never had a scratch on the screen. It's a good brand and lives up to its claim to protection. When I put it on my new S21 5G it fit perfectly and the screen worked well with no increase in touch sensitivity except for a BASIC function. The fingerprint reader stopped reading my fingerprints. After trying all the sensitivities and such for almost an hour, I gave up and uninstalled it. I would love to give this brand 5 stars but due to this critical flaw I have to stick with 3 stars overall for this particular product. If you don't care about fingerprint blocking, I would still recommend this product.
