This can be a huge time saver when breading!
Good idea. I was excited to use this for my first batch of chicken. After I loaded the chicken and breading and put the lid on to start the breading process, I noticed my breading was oozing out from the middle of the surface where the lid, strainer, and base meet with no handles on either side. I breaded along with my chicken. He too hit the ground. In the picture you can see the breading on the outer edge. If these two sides had more reinforcement against cracking when the handles are squeezed, I would give five stars!
