Firstly, this product was easy to connect and the sound was decent and loud enough. The shower works fine. Just put it somewhere you can hook it up and go. The pool is a bit more difficult. When there is water on the device, the sound disappears. I think that's how he protects himself and makes the device waterproof. So you can hear a loud noise one minute and a quiet noise the next minute until you clear the top of the device of the water. If you have a pump, this block is small enough to float in a skimmer. It's ok, but just in case you're trying to find it and can't, this is one of the places to look. Taking calls in the pool isn't too bad. There's a slight lag, but clear enough. Not sure if you get shower calls while the shower is on. Maybe taking calls with this device will work if you take a bath. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the light. You flip the light and you have these flashing lights, but you can't see underwater (e.g. if you want the speaker and light to be in the pool you have to choose one). Overall a decent product. Seems well done. Great in the shower and good for the pool.
