I've had this product for several months now and it's the only hair tool (among many others) that sits permanently on my bathroom countertop. I have very fluffy thick Italian hair. Not curly, not straight. Just in between so it always looks sloppy. After washing and grooming my face, I use a good smoothing cream. I let it air dry at around 70-80 percent and then apply Sultra in several sections to keep the rest of my hair in its natural state. After everything dries, I apply a glowing serum and it's done. Sultra makes your hair shiny and smooth. It's very smooth (in a good way) so hair doesn't get stuck or snap. No more hair dryer or iron. as my hair is getting longer i wish it had a bigger barrel but that's not a complaint just a wish.
