My family has been using this DVD player almost every day for over 6 months now and I am satisfied with its performance. It's slightly heavier than a traditional portable DVD player, but almost twice the size of a standard player. It's nice to have a big screen, especially since there are usually several people watching a movie at the same time. I gave it a 4 because we had an issue with a part of the screen that couldn't support its own weight, causing the screen to rock backwards (making it impossible to see anything on it without having to support it with something ). I contacted Assurant (had bought a protection plan from them) and after being refused any help because they said the problem was "physical" and not mechanical, I contacted Vonnie (the sales lady) to see if they would help can - since the DVD player was still under manufacturer warranty. Vonnie's customer service was fantastic - he was quick to reply to my emails and mailed me a new DVD player to replace my broken one (free to me). I would recommend this DVD player to everyone and I want customers not to be afraid to buy Vonnie products as they really want their customers to be happy with their products!
