I like that you can see all tasks at once so it's easy when looking over your task list as an admin or client rep to know what needs attention next! It takes some time getting used to but then gets very user friendly after awhile!! Just get familiar with how things work before using this system since there are many features/options within each function which require training first on how they use them. We're able to keep track easily without multiple spreadsheets by having everything stored together under one roof.
