The tablet stopped charging after a month and a half - May - 2021

the tablet arrived quickly (April 14, 2021). The packaging was regular packaging and when opened, damage and scratches were found around the charging port and other parts of the device. The previous owner's custom engraving has been removed (sanded off) on the back. Upon checking the charging cable and power adapter, they turned out to be cheap third-party replacement parts that did not adequately charge the device. I bought other cables on the advice of a friend who is a former Apple engineer. The extra cable worked fine for a while. Yesterday (May 23, 2021) the tablet was not charging, was not charging and none of the cables purchased or provided charged the device. I've swapped power supplies, also tried connecting laptops, direct power strip USB ports. I called Apple to troubleshoot. Nothing worked. They (Apple Customer Support) advised, since the return period has not yet expired, to contact Amazon for a replacement. What I have. Upon further examining the reviews, it seems that this small company, which has been responsible for refurbished tablets with the Revain program for the past few months, has been facing this constant problem of poor customer service, tablet pop-ups and other similar OS of this product , contact Apple (either online or in person at an Apple Store) for the correct cables for your device, or request that the company include the correct cables with each tablet. If this is the case with my next tablet, I will request a full refund and receive a different brand/model tablet.
