I've been looking for a long time for which arm can support the weight of my 49" Samsung monitor and this is the only one I've found for around US$101 -dollar (as of April 2020). It's easy to install and set up. The weight of my screen caused the mount to sag over time. Like it was slowly slipping down. I just had to tighten the lever screw and now it is they locked 100%. From April to August it does not descend at all. To adjust the lower vertical hand holding tube, I wrapped it in silver carbon fiber foil, which looks really nice. I hope that my review will be useful to each of you. Look for a mount for your 49" monitor. Also, it's not quite flush with the wall at the back, it's about 3" forward.
