Works as advertised. I tested both with a tablet and both work as expected. I only needed one but got 2 packs to have a backup. I bought it to use with a small A-RGB Cooler Master controller to use a software controller so it's separate from my motherboard's RGB channel. The system recognized the controller as soon as I plugged it in and the connection seems secure enough on both sides. The length is long enough to connect to my motherboard and go through the cable cutout behind the motherboard tray. This may vary for you depending on your physical case and motherboard connector configuration.
