Like many others, I was skeptical. Do you really need a $200 fan? A little expensive I think. Will a vornado or blower do the same job? Yes, but I usually train around 3:30am when it's cold and the ability to connect to my HRM means I can warm up comfortably and properly. When I start a long run or train on a long climb, with the right amount of wind, this thing springs on at the right time without you even having to think about it. With my Vornado, I would have to jump off the bike to turn it on or pick it up. This fan feels solid, it's a lot heavier than any other fan I've used, and it comes with a solid, decent-length cable and grounded connector. Overall happy with the purchase.
