It's good to sleep with

This duvet is perfect for me. I didn't like the 20lb blanket I bought. I just needed something on my chest to sleep on. I fall asleep faster, wake up less, and help me fall asleep again when I wake up. So I bought it as an adult, not for a child. I found the weight is well distributed too and the outer coating is nice.
