If you take the time to buy your own coffee beans and then grind them, you will truly appreciate the art of coffee making. Unfortunately, ground beans lose their flavor very quickly, so in the past I've always ground a small amount as needed. This coffee tin is a game changer for me. Now I can grind coffee (or even a whole bag) for a whole week and store it in this airtight container. It really locks in the flavor and my coffee still feels freshly ground even after a week. I haven't cooked the beans in over 10 days, but I have no doubt they should retain their flavor for several weeks.
