Review on Smart Safe® Hollow Hands Free Headset by Tiffy Andreani

I LOVE this product. I will continue to use it daily as long as it lasts. As a phone translator, I sometimes spend hours on the phone. I want to avoid sending electromagnetic frequencies and electrical current directly to my ears (next to my brain). The microphone clip is very useful. The quality of the headphones is good and clear. Durable and well made. I've been using it daily for over 9 months. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. The microphone position is quite low - I have to raise it much higher to be heard2. no mute button which i need for 3. heart shaped jack is big and awkward (is cute but is it necessary?) 4. microphone quality could be better (some people say it's a bit muffled at times). My pet goat once decided to chew on one of the tubes. (.oh, goats!.) At first I thought I'd have to buy a new pair, but I just reattached the (shorter) tube to the earbud and it worked fine. I have found that I prefer a shorter hose because I no longer have to hold the mic to my mouth - it hangs at just the right height.
