The support is probably good enough for them but because I followed the tech support link in my orders for that particular item I got a refund over the weekend when the Aventree support was not available. Why offer? Because I thought the problem was temporary and I contacted support before the return date. But I just couldn't ask for a replacement or refund when I should have. Since Revain offered to help me with my dilemma, I didn't give Aventree support a chance to solve the problem themselves. So it's not for me to judge. Some of my earlier thoughts mentioned below have been shared and the support team has said that Aventree will try to improve the product. The actual error I encountered was not discussed with Aventree Support. My headphones didn't appear to be sweat resistant, although some reviewers did mention using these headphones for working out. At first, the sound in the right earbud disappeared, but was later restored. The left kidney then lost volume but did not recover; remained low compared to the right ear. Then I noticed that these headphones don't last more than 2 hours on a charge. Fully charged and quickly failed again, left earbud volume is still missing. Revain suggested I order them again after the refund, but I didn't want to because I couldn't find a replacement headphone accessory that closed properly. When I sweated, the headphones would loosen up in my ears and lose bass, sounding tiny. And just as I thought they were airtight and dry I could hear the air seeping in, the wind blowing as I walked with them. My experience wasn't as good as many who reviewed these headphones. I'm still looking for good headphones for sports.
