I have this and it worked as it should, except for the square button it was a bit stiffer than the others but felt ok. To believe that it works when used, the rite. I should have just sent it back because now the warranty has expired, I still need a new controller. So I take the blame for not doing my part by sending it back, but some need to reach out to the folks linking. this, where is the quality control? Unfortunately I will not buy another "refurbished" product
