I like how it keeps my data organized for years at one time so that when i need something in particular its all right there! It's great because you can add your own fields easily too as well if needed later down the road!! Nothing really but this was just another tool we used until our IT department decided what should be done instead of us using Excel or other tools they had available (which were terrible).
The benefits are being able use any file format such excel files from past jobs/projects etc., having everything stored together makes finding things easy since nothing gets lost between projects.
