One pair arrived functioning just fine. It's been great so far. The other pair doesn't work at all. I needed one pair for online school for my 9 yo. I wanted a second for my preschooler. These seem like they're really good when they work. But I'm frustrated I paid so much for one functioning pair. However, with an ill husband and two kids to homeschool, I cannot get to a UPS location to drop these things off for return. So my return window will likely close before it's possible for me to risk infection being brought back to the house.Update: The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement pair. The replacement works very well. Quality control should be a little better but the customer service is excellent. I would do business with Simolio again.
