
I have poor posture and my back hurts after sitting at my desk. I use this 3-4 times a week to stretch my back. Sometimes tight muscles are uncomfortable when I start the program, but after a few minutes my muscles are stretched and at the end of the stretch I find it very relaxing. I usually do two or three programs in a row. I would recommend asking your doctor about using it as I could see it might release some. But it works great for me and I've found some relief.
