When I first ordered the product was not very good. However, after reading my review, the company offered a replacement. I received a replacement on 10/27/21, this time all parts were included, I filled the carafe with water and left it overnight and as of today 10/28/21 there is no leak and the spike is not holding. pop up. It's looking good on my bar and I'll be back in a few weeks to report back on how things are going. But so far so good. I particularly appreciate the speed with which the company took action to replace and fix my issues. There is nothing more important than customer service and they delivered it 100%.
