This (and a similar one from another seller) was a gift for granddaughters; Irish twins whose birthdays are very close. You really love them! They have older siblings at school and now they also feel like students. The tables take pride of place in the corner of the living room and I saw the girls go to their tables and pull something out of the storage box under the chair as if they had important work to do! And two very active (hooligan) girls understand that they shouldn't sit on the worktop, which can be risky if there's too much weight on it - and respect that. The way they treat tables so well shows that they like them. As for assembly - anyone with even a little skill can do it. There were a few extra screws in there in case something got lost, but I didn't need them so they sit in the bin for ten or two years and then get thrown away. Instructions and pictures were clear. The basket that is under the seat is unreliable, but as long as it is used for its intended purpose I don't see it being rubbed immediately. It occurred to me to give the girls a bunch of my old office supplies: legal pads, crayons, post-it notes, some pipe cleaners, and some ribbons from my employer that I had lying around. All in all very recommendable.
