Update: Contacted the company and seemed really confused as to why I thought they didn't accept returns. I got my money back and was asked to keep the item. The answer was quick. I am happy; However, I think they should definitely contact Revain as Revain does not allow you to request a return or provide you with a link to contact the seller. All I had to do was go to the seller's Revain page for a contact form. I don't often write one star reviews, but I am very disappointed. Work. I have a device with a broken charger so I ordered three different but similar chargers from Revain, assuming at least one would work and I could return the rest. no It says non refundable. So buyers beware. Better make sure you have the EXACTLY right item.
