Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5, blue by Felicja Modra ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, not disappointed.

This bracelet is my first attempt at keeping track of my fitness. After three weeks, evaluate the results. I decided to take it in an effort to improve my daily routine and quality of sleep and to motivate myself to get up and move around more. An arduous smartphone installation process ensued after purchase. Despite all of the problems I've mentioned, I still enjoy using it. But, Honor Band 6 is not something I plan to purchase. The pluses: Quick and easy Android app. At first, it may appear confusing, but eventually, you'll become used to it. I signed up for a French Huawei account (instructions and tutorials are available online), which allows me to earn medals within the app and, more crucially, back up my data to Huawei's cloud. Avoiding the deletion of important information requires using cloud storage. Full color display If necessary, activate by waving your hand. Text messages appear on the screen and vibrate during phone calls. - Send information to Google Fit from your mobile device - Easy synchronization with a smartphone; constant wireless connection is not required. Nonetheless, if you need GPS throughout training, it's best to stay connected. With prolonged sitting, you are reminded to get up and move around every so often. Nice, but only a little Cons: The pressure was not measured. You have to make a last-minute purchase for your grandmother. It's not meant to force the player to do anything. Without actively measuring the pulse, the bracelet cannot be used to keep tabs on the wearer's heart rate at any moment. But, you can enable HRM in real-time via your smartphone. In training mode, however, the pulse is always visible. - The phone will still create a graph from different phases of sleep in the morning, even if you carelessly toss and turn on the bed all night and don't sleep for additional time. Huawei's lauded TruSleep technology suggests otherwise, but you clearly did not get enough shut-eye. The TruSleep garden has another stone. The phases of an average 8-hour night's sleep repeat every 5-6 hours. cycles. Further cycles of varying lengths can be plotted on the application's chart. An Electronic Step Counter. When I run, my strides are relatively short. It turns out that after training, the number of steps is not significantly lower than the mileage. Several instructive dials are present (where the date, time, steps, calories, kilometers, weather, well, and the pulse would be reflected at the same time) - The heart rate threshold animation appears on top of in-progress workout notification overlays while in training mode. Unfortunately, other apps like Sports Tracker and Sleep as Android can't be used with this one. Pulse rate data for aerobic, anaerobic, severe activity, and fat-burning activities can be observed as a result of the training program. Yet, at day's end, week's end, month's end, or year's end, there just aren't enough. Not every business meeting or stroll down the street finds me activating the workout mode. My heart rate was in the "fat burning" region, and I'm curious as to how long it lasted. There is no information displayed on the screen during a halted workout, not even the time. It is possible to fake press fall and winter clothing. Putting a bracelet on the inside of your wrist can have a small beneficial effect.
