3 Pack KIDPIK Girls Seamless Bike Shorts We ordered these for our daughter to wear under skirts and dresses as she is a very active kid who will not stop playing , just because she doesn't wear pants. We deliberately ordered them large, because tight cycling shorts aren't fun for anyone. She is 7 years old, 4ft 4in and weighs 74lbs and went up a size due to the extra room (it would not have been noticeable under the dress and would have given her full freedom of movement). We expected 10-16. Her sizing should be fairly loose, but it's not - the waistband and top to hip area fit her, they're not tight at all, but it's hard to imagine them stretching in 3 years, let alone 9 years. The shorts are VERY long given the relatively small waist. They come down to her mid-knees, which looks odd—too short for capris, too long for shorts. were a comparable size (in which case we would just downsize and keep them), but the overall fit just doesn't fit or work for them. too tight/uncomfortable so they don't fit us.
